EXPERIENCE

Richard Wilson is a veteran trial and appellate lawyer. His practice emphasizes the defense of professionals in federal and state courts, and before disciplinary agencies. For over 20 years, Richard has focused on representing lawyers directly and on behalf of lawyers’ professional liability insurers. During that time, he has defended and advised hundreds of lawyers and law firms against legal malpractice claims and professional ethics complaints. His experience as a trial lawyer and with the law of lawyering has enabled him to both counsel and protect his lawyer clients when they find themselves parties instead of advocates or counselors.
