EXPERIENCE

Deborah Hubbs is a fifteen-year attorney with significant experience in the energy industry. Founder and Managing Member of the Hubbs Law Group from March 2020 – present, Ms. Hubbs has served as virtual General Counsel and advises For Profit and Non Profit businesses and start-ups on entity formation, general business advice, review and preparation of contracts, corporate governance policies and negotiation of a wide range of transactions. Ms. Hubbs has a distinguished corporate record serving as: General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer, Greenfields Petroleum Corporation; President, Catalyst Executive Advisors, LLC; General Counsel & General Manager of Business Development, GeoSouthern Energy Corporation and Team Lead – Appalachian Basin for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Ms. Hubbs additionally served as a White House Intern in the Reagan Administration.
