Over the years, Kerr Wilson’s appellate practice has grown from handling appeals of cases it tries to handling appeals for other trial lawyers. Kerr Wilson represents both plaintiffs and defendants before the Texas and Federal courts of appeal. The subject matter of Kerr Wilson’s appellate work includes complex commercial cases, contract interpretation, insurance law, personal injury, fiduciary claims, and professional negligence.
